I help mission-driven leaders move from "Survival Mode" to Sustainable Stewardship.
I'm Beth Locke. I help you build the systems that protect your time, your team, and your mission.
The "Why"
Most organizations are fueled by passion, but they are often stalled by "work-about-work."
I've spent my career watching brilliant leaders drown in spreadsheets, manual workarounds, and the "vibe-based" management that eventually leads to burnout. I founded Beth Locke, LLC because I believe that operations is an act of care.
“When your systems are grounded, your people feel safe, your data is reliable, and your mission can finally breathe.”
My Approach: Operations as an Act of Care
I don't believe in "scaling for the sake of scaling." I believe in Right-Sizing. Whether I am working with a Solo Steward or an established organization, my goal is to create a "Safety Net" of infrastructure. I move you out of the chaos and into a professionalized framework that:
Protects the Leader
Reclaiming your energy for vision and strategy.
Supports the Team
Removing the guesswork so they can do the work they were hired for.
Safeguards the Mission
Ensuring the organization is resilient enough to thrive—even when you're not in the room.
The Values that Ground My Work
Equity-Centered
Through my universal sliding scale, I ensure that high-level operational expertise is accessible to missions at every stage of growth.
Human-First
Systems should serve people, not the other way around. If a tool makes your team miserable, it isn't a solution.
Radical Clarity
I trade "operational noise" for documented, repeatable, and grounded workflows.
When I’m Not Grounding Systems...
You’ll likely find me leaning into the same values of endurance and community that I bring to my work. I am a dedicated trail runner, a pursuit that constantly reminds me of the importance of pace, persistence, and staying grounded on uneven terrain.
Closer to home, I believe in the power of active stewardship. I spend much of my time volunteering with 4-H and leading the Booster Club for my daughter’s horse riding team. My work with the team is centered on creating access to the sport, fostering leadership, and prioritizing community give-back—ensuring that the sport isn't just about the ride, but about the character and community built along the way. Most importantly, I’m at my best when I’m outdoors with my family; it’s where I recharge so I can show up fully for the missions I serve.
Let's Build Your Safety Net.
You don't have to manage the friction alone. Whether you need a 90-minute sounding board or a fractional partner to take the wheel, let's get you grounded.
